As attorneys know, most disputes do not end up in a courtroom trial.  They often settle due to the work performed by expert consultants or witnesses.  As an expert witness, Dr. Spresser spends most of his time and effort on pretrial work, not in court.  Dr. Spresser does have the necessary communication skills and courtroom experience for those few cases that go to trial.   

For plaintiff attorneys, Dr. Spresser has the ability to review most malpractice or personal injury cases and report back in a timely fashion.  Dr. Spresser can usually review a case within 72 hours so you can quickly determine whether the case is worth pursuing. 

For defense attorneys, Dr. Spresser will aggressively assist in the defense of your client when causation is not present or when there are no significant deviations from the standard of care or when the medical evidence indicates that the injuries are being overstated or simply did not occur.
